Free accounts who request a redirect will need to first pay
a $10 fee to cover the redirect cost.
To request a redirect to a new RSS feed if you are a Pro
- Reach out to our Support Team using the blue Chat icon
- Provide your current Podomatic RSS feed URL and the RSS feed URL that you are redirecting to
- We will submit the request to our engineering team
- You'll be notified once your redirect is submitted (which usually takes about 5 busines days.)
To request a redirect to a new RSS feed if you are a Basic free account
- Reach out to our Support Team using the blue Chat icon
- We will send you an invoice for $10
- Pay your invoice
- Provide your current Podomatic RSS feed URL and the RSS feed URL that you are redirecting to
- We will submit the request to our engineering team
- You'll be notified once your redirect is submitted (which usually takes about 5 busines days.)
